In the hospital setting, Emily has experience spanning diverse areas such as maternity, oncology, palliative care, and aged care. Emily places significant value on collaborating with Carers, recognising that supporting their journey and facilitating transition/adjustment is crucial in understanding the individual within their broader context.
By acknowledging the multiple systems within an individual’s environment and tapping into their existing strengths and resources, Emily empowers individuals to take charge of their health and well-being within that space.
Emily offers supervision to social workers and human service professionals both in person at our Kedron office and online to anyone in Australia.
