Our team includes Psychologists, Social Workers, and Dietitians with experience in mental health, complex health conditions, grief, loss and adjustment, disability, and family systems.
Aged Care Allied Health Services at With Grace Therapy
Our allied health team provides comprehensive, compassionate support for older adults, carers, and families, working across psychology, social work, and dietetics to promote wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. Together, we offer coordinated, person-centred care that supports older adults and their families to feel understood, empowered, and well-supported at every stage.
We provide support for older adults who may be:
Feeling low, anxious, or overwhelmed
Adjusting to health changes, diagnosis, or loss of independence
Living with chronic illness, pain, or disability
Experiencing grief and bereavement
Living with cognitive changes (e.g. memory changes, dementia)
Navigating family conflict, carer stress, or isolation
Managing changes in appetite, weight, or relationship with food
Planning for future care, housing, and support needs
We also support partners, adult children, and carers who are navigating the emotional, practical, and relational load of caring.
Supports can be funded by:

With Grace Therapy provides allied health services for adults and carers in-person at our Brisbane and Caloundra office, mobile services (within service area) and online for anyone in Australia.
All services including psychology, dietetics and social work can be provided face to face, over the phone or online by telehealth (video).
