Meet Grace, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with over a decade of experience and works with individuals aged 16+. Grace brings warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to her therapy, fostering a compassionate therapeutic relationship to navigate the messy, beautiful, and often challenging process of being human.
Whether you’re adjusting to a new diagnosis, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or simply wanting to feel more at home in yourself – you’ve come to the right place. Grace’s practice is grounded in curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
Grace is committed to providing a trauma-informed, neuro diversity affirming and strengths-based approach to therapy. Grace often supports neurodivergent folk with ADHD, Autism, and sensory processing differences, particularly where these intersect with eating concerns such as disordered eating, ARFID, or body image distress. Therapy with Grace isn’t one-size-fits-all and she will work with you to create a pace, structure, and approach that feels safe and sustainable.
