About Grace

Meet Grace, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with over a decade of experience and works with individuals aged 16+. Grace brings warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to her therapy, fostering a compassionate therapeutic relationship to navigate the messy, beautiful, and often challenging process of being human.

Whether you’re adjusting to a new diagnosis, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or simply wanting to feel more at home in yourself – you’ve come to the right place. Grace’s practice is grounded in curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

Grace is committed to providing a trauma-informed, neuro diversity affirming and strengths-based approach to therapy. Grace often supports neurodivergent folk with ADHD, Autism, and sensory processing differences, particularly where these intersect with eating concerns such as disordered eating, ARFID, or body image distress. Therapy with Grace isn’t one-size-fits-all and she will work with you to create a pace, structure, and approach that feels safe and sustainable.

Together, we might explore themes like:

  • Why is my brain so busy all the time?
  • Why do I feel guilty when I say no?
  • Who am I when I’m not masking?
  • How do I cope when everything feels too much and not enough – sometimes at the same time?
  • How do I reconnect with my body in a way that feels safe?
  • What does healing look like for me, not just what others expect?

My role is to walk alongside you as you build insight, develop strategies, and reclaim parts of yourself that may have been silenced or overlooked.

As an experienced therapist and mental health social worker, Grace utilises therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family Based Treatment for adolescents (FBT), Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Grace engages in continual learning and professional development.

Additionally, Grace is an experienced Social Work Supervisor and has completed the AASW Advanced Mental Health Supervision Training.
