About Rebecca

Meet Rebecca, a registered psychologist who is deeply committed to providing thoughtful, individualised, and evidence-informed psychological care. With 18 years of experience supporting people across a wide range of life experiences, Rebecca brings steadiness, insight, and genuine connection to her work.

Rebecca values strong therapeutic relationships and believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She offers a person-centred and collaborative approach, creating a space where individuals can explore their emotions, challenges, and goals at a pace that feels safe and respectful. Whether working via telehealth or in person, Rebecca integrates evidence-based interventions with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

Together you may explore themes such as:

  • What it means to adjust to a new identity, role, or life circumstance – including parenthood, work changes, or impact of injury
  • How to navigate grief, loss, or big emotional shifts in a way that feels supported and honouring of your experience
  • How trauma has shaped your sense of safety, relationships, or self, and what healing might look like for you
  • Making sense of anxiety, depression, or mood changes and finding ways to feel more grounded and in control
  • Exploring the emotional impact of chronic illness and how to build coping strategies that support your daily life
  • Balancing the expectations placed on you, by others or yourself with compassion, boundaries, and realistic supports

Across her career, Rebecca has worked with diverse clients and multidisciplinary teams, strengthening her ability to understand the complexities of mental health, relationships, trauma, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting people navigating chronic illness and disability, offering sensitive and compassionate guidance through the emotional, identity-related, and practical impacts of these experiences.

Rebecca’s practice is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and an unwavering belief in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and self-understanding.
