Dietetic Support That Fits You: Accessible Care at With Grace Therapy
At With Grace Therapy, our dietitians offers flexible, accessible support across Brisbane, Brisbane North, and the Sunshine Coast, with options for in-clinic, mobile and outreach, telehealth, and NDIS-funded services. Because care should fit around your life not the other way around.
Accessibility isn’t something we’ve added on it’s part of how we approach every client relationship.
We understand that barriers to care can look like many different things: limited transport or support, sensory overwhelm in unfamiliar spaces, chronic illness or fatigue, or previous negative experiences with food or health services.
Our role is to reduce those barriers, not add to them.
That’s why we offer multiple ways to engage with dietetic support, so you can access care in a way that feels safe, realistic, and sustainable for you.
Dietetics and the NDIS
With Grace Therapy Dietitians provide dietetic and nutrition services under the NDIS Improved Daily Living category, supporting participants to build capacity and independence around food and nutrition in everyday life.
This might include support with:
- Establishing regular and safe eating patterns
- Meal planning, shopping, and food preparation
- Navigating sensory sensitivities with food
- Understanding your nutritional needs in the context of disability
- Building confidence and autonomy around eating
Our Dietitian works collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to make sure that goals are practical, person-centred, and genuinely meaningful and they understand that progress isn’t always linear. Sessions move at a pace that respects your capacity.
Flexible Ways to Access Support

Our Approach to Dietetic Care

They work with people across a wide range of areas, including:
- Eating disorders and disordered eating (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, and orthorexia)
- Neurodivergence, including Autism and ADHD
- Mental health and complex emotional patterns linked to food
- Chronic health conditions, gut health, and gastrointestinal disorders
- Diabetes, thyroid disorders, and general chronic disease management
- Food allergies and intolerances
